Crypto Prices Today: Pepe Coin, RUNE Continues On Bearish Road, SUI Follows Bulls

The crypto price today are mostly trading in red, however, tokens like Shiba INU and Pepe coin has shows increase in price in last 24 hours.

Ahead of Fed Chairman Jerome Powell’s speech later this week, cryptocurrency prices were down on Tuesday. The speech will give him the chance to share his most recent thoughts on whether additional policy tightening will be required to lower inflation amid unexpectedly strong economic growth or if sufficient progress has been achieved toward disinflation to maintain stable rates.

Bitcoin’s (BTC) price, was quite bearish today and was still below the $30,000 threshold at $26,014.3,  and down by around 0.02% since yesterday. Other well-known altcoins, Cardano (ADA), Polkadot (DOT), and Solana (SOL), also experienced losses on the other side of the border.

Ethereum is trading at $1,634.6, with almost 1.71% decrease in the last 24 hours. Among other prominent cryptocurrencies, the XRP coin price observed a dip of 0.02%. Solana also faced a reduction, with its price plummeting by 2.18%. On the other hand, Polygon (MATIC), which traded on green lines a few days back, is up only by more than 0.01% since the last day.  Polkadot coin price saw a decrease of almost 0.57% in its price, in one day. 

The realm of meme cryptocurrencies tells a different story. In the past 24 hours, Dogecoin’s price witnessed an increase of around 0.09%, while Shiba Inu’s token price is up by almost 3.65%, in the last 24 hours.

The crypto market today is primarily bearish with few exceptions. The global crypto market cap stands at $1.05 trillion. The 24-hour crypto market volume is $34.29 billion, with a more than 18% increase.

Pepe coin price is down by almost 1.83% in the last 24 hours. It is trading at $0.00000106, at the time of writing. It holds a global market cap of $415.32 million. The flow of new funds into the PEPE cryptocurrency has significantly increased, and interest in it has grown on social media.

  • SUI token is up by 13.31%

SUI token price has shown a noteworthy increase in its price in the last 24 hours. The price of the token is up by more than 13% and is trading at $0.5779, at the time of writing. It has a global market cap of $417,505,981. Although it is difficult for technical experts to make predictions on a chart this young, they do point out that Sui appears to have good support at the $0.60 region.

  • RUNE token is down by 8.46%

THORChain RUNE token has taken a hard hit from the crypto market correction. RUNE coin price is down by more than 8% in the last 24 hours. The price stands at $1.58, at the time of writing. It holds a global market cap of $536,190,120. This comes after THORChain recently introduced its lending feature, which allows users can use their native Layer-1 (L1) assets, such as Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), to obtain loans in TOR, a stablecoin with a USD value.

  • Shiba INU is up by 4.68%

Shiba INU’s price is showing some bulls and the price is up by more than 4% in the last 24 hours. The price is trading at $0.000008174, at the time of writing. It has a global market cap of $4.82 billion. Shibarium has revealed its fourth upgrade, emphasizing system optimizations, the launch of new monitoring tools, and upcoming governance structures. The price is anticipated to continue at this bullish pace.
