Amidst a flurry of advancements witnessed across the Shiba Inu ecosystem recently, LUCIE, a prominent member of Shiba Inu’s community, garnered noteworthy attention to the community’s recent plans to facilitate SHEboshi, an ERRC-404 token that jacks up Shiboshi. Aligning with the post shared by LUCIE on X today, February 16, the community member also illuminated a key upgrade for Shibarium, Shiba Inu’s L2. The new Shiboshi utility on Shibarium was much sought by the Shiba Inu ecosystem’s members and is now poised to revolutionize Shibarium.
Furthermore, as per LUCIE’s post, whales holding Shiba Inu ecosystem tokens and Shiboshi holders are also poised to benefit considerably. Meanwhile, Shiba Inu’s price traded in the green, mirroring the community’s advancements. The derivatives data for the meme coin further showcased a bullish sentiment in the broader crypto market as of press time, hinting toward an uptrend.
Shibarium Gears Up As SHEboshi Looms
LUCIE’s post states, “Shiboshi hasn’t even started yet.” Moreover, the community plans to integrate a P2E (Play-2-Earn) game into Shirbarium, driving transactions along with SHIB burns. This further propels optimism in the market, reving up Shiba Inu’s cryptographic venture, and placing Shibarium as a pioneer in L2s.
As of late December, the previous year, Lucie highlighted the Shiboshi utility on Shibarium, ruling out key features with the launch in 2024. These features included the distribution of ‘Treat’- Shiba Inu ecosystem’s reward token, access to a variety of features, integration of NFTs on Shibarium, and many others. With the integration now actually coming into play, the community hopes to aid SHIB’s tokenomics.
In the interim, LUCIE also drew attention to whales and Shiboshi holders who accumulated all this time. Intriguingly, in its latest version of the Shib magazine, the community highlighted that Shiboshi holders can claim SHEboshis for free. However, it remains subject to how many Shiboshi the holder has and the duration for which it has been held.
Moreover, looking at the community’s advancement as a whole, Shiba Inu ecosystem tokens BONE, LEASH, and SHIB whale holders are also staged to gain considerable benefits. While it still marks as just the “beginning,” as per LUCIE, the community also proclaimed that it would rule out noteworthy announcements shortly after SHEboshi’s claiming process commences around the weekend.
Shiba Inu’s price further mirrored optimism for the community’s advancements, trading in the green as of press time.

Shiba Inu Price Soars
As of writing, the Shiba Inu price noted an uptick of 1.59% over the past 24 hours and is currently trading at $0.000009962. The meme coin appears to be gradually moving towards the $0.00001 mark, piquing the interest of crypto market traders and investors.
The derivatives data offered by Coinglass portrayed a surge of 4.96% in SHIB’s open interest, hinting at a bullish climate when aligned with the price surge witnessed by Shiba Inu.
