Crypto trading platform Toobit has received a nomination as the Best Stablecoin Payment Infrastructure at CoinGape Global Onchain Awards Singapore 2026.

This nomination is the result of Toobit’s zero-fee P2P marketplace, which introduced a direct stablecoin-to-local currency trading layer. A Cayman Islands-based global exchange, Toobit has received recognition for its “Hive” community branding and a security system under the branding of “Bee Safe.”

Zero Platform Fees for P2P Trading

Toobit charges nothing to users as they trade USDT on its P2P platform. There are not even spread-based charges that many competitors apply even after saying they take a “fee-free approach.”

Furthermore, a seller’s stablecoin is given escrow protection by Toobit the moment the order is placed. It is only released to the buyer after the payment from them is confirmed. This approach simply removes the counterparty issues that exist between two strangers engaging in P2P exchange.

That said, Toobit does implement advanced KYC before it can give users access to the marketplace. Although it is much stricter than other platforms that have the same P2P setup, it does provide some peace of mind to the risk-averse.

Furthermore, Toobit also puts a T+1 withdrawal restriction on assets bought through its P2P marketplace. It means there is a 24-hour threshold before funds are moved off the platform. The goal here is to limit any chance of fraud.

How Does Toobit’s Stablecoin Payment Infrastructure Stand Out?

Toobit’s zero-fee approach is genuine, with no zero-commission-with-hidden-fee approach present. The payment methods are many, and the currency coverage is large, which makes it stronger than many of its peers that are open to fiat, but are limited.

Furthermore, most P2P marketplaces put much emphasis on speed while ignoring security. Toobit does not do that. With three compliance stacks in place, ranging from advanced KYC to a 24-hour cooldown, it gives the P2P marketplace institutional-like guardrails.

When looked at holistically, these features show that Toobit hasn’t merely bolted on the P2P marketplace as a feature, but has provided complete infrastructure for it.

Moving fiat into and out of USDT at a large scale across more than 30 countries is a job more suitable for a stablecoin payment infrastructure. Although Toobit is recognized more as a trading exchange, it plays the role of a stablecoin payment infrastructure well, which is the main reason behind its nomination as the Best Stablecoin Payment Infrastructure of 2026.

About Toobit’s P2P Marketplace

Toobit’s official P2P marketplace, which introduced a stablecoin payment layer, was launched in March 2026, as part of its vision to create a “global fiat ecosystem.” Through the P2P marketplace, users can buy and sell stablecoin (USDT) directly from each other using local currencies and leveraging familiar payment tools such as bank transfers and regional e-wallets.

The marketplace is accessible on both web and mobile and supports upwards of 30 fiat currencies and over 100 local payment methods.
