XAUH Gold

PANAMA CITY, Panama, [29th Oct] – Herculis Tokens SA has announced that it holds 15.5 kilograms of Swiss gold behind XAUH, according to an independent verification report by KPMG SA, which found that the bullion matches the XAUH tokens in circulation.

KPMG reported 15.5kg of bullion. This matches the 15,500 tokens CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap reported in September 2026, since each token equals one gram. Herculis Tokens SA is a company that issues the Herculis Gold Coin (XAUH) and is part of Herculis Group, a Swiss investment company established in 2009.

How KPMG Checked the Gold

A full audit was not conducted by KPMG. It conducted an agreed-upon-procedures engagement, according to Swiss Auditing Standard 920. Herculis and KPMG established the steps ahead of time. KPMG, in turn, performed them and reported back the results, but offered no opinion on the larger business.

The activities were practical. The physical bars were matched against 18 certificates issued by PX Precinox S.A., the Neuchâtel refinery where the gold was made, by KPMG staff. The report is dated 28 August 2026. It is a one-time report, not a periodic check. The report can be viewed on the XAUH website.

Where the Gold Is Kept

The reserve is shared by three custodians: Herculis House, Brink’s, and Loomis. Distributing the bars across different vaults means the supply is spread across several locations. According to Herculis, the gold is insured at its fair value.

The whitepaper further states that the bullion is not mixed in with the company’s assets. Herculis holds it exclusively for the benefit of the token holders. The gold would not be considered part of the bankrupt issuer’s estate in the event of bankruptcy. The company will also not lend or mortgage the metal. Every token is backed by one gram of allocated gold, and Herculis displays pictures of its gold bars along with its refinery certificates.

Low Transfer Costs, Small Amounts

Herculis created XAUH for those who may not be able to afford a standard bar. A 400-ounce LBMA bar is worth more than $1 million, and the company says small retail ingots are typically sold at a premium of 15% or more above spot.

XAUH is divisible into much smaller units, with a minimum holding of 0.01 gram. Transferring tokens between wallets costs about 0.02%, and Herculis says there are no recurring custody or insurance fees, while major gold ETFs charge 19–40 basis points a year.

New tokens are issued only against gold. KYC-verified customers can tokenize their own LBMA 999.9 gold bullion, produced by PX Precinox S.A., at a ratio of 1 gram to 1 XAUH, after a 0.3% tokenization fee. There is no limit to the amount of supply that can be made, but Herculis can mint only when new gold comes in.

Trading and Redemption

XAUH started on JAMTON.NETWORK, a Layer 2 protocol that connects TON and Polkadot. Its contracts are now identified on Ethereum, TRON, and TON. The token is available on four exchanges: centralized exchanges BTSE and Biconomy.com, as well as STON.fi and Uniswap V2. Buyers can also purchase directly through xauh.gold.

Holders can redeem tokens for physical gold from 500 XAUH, in multiples of 500. That would be 3% at 500g and 1% from 1 kg upwards. Delivery charges are extra. Herculis says it plans to collaborate with Swiss stablecoin Frankencoin and decentralized money-lending protocol Morpho.

What Buyers Should Know

According to the company, XAUH is reportable to Panama’s Financial Analysis Unit (UAF) under the country’s anti-money-laundering rules. These are the issuer’s own characterizations, not findings by any regulatory authority. By comparison, gold ETFs in the USA fall under the SEC, and Comex futures under the CFTC.

XAUH remains small, with a market capitalization of about $2.1 million, according to CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap data from September 2026. Holders with fewer than 500 tokens can sell on exchanges, while physical redemption starts at 500 XAUH. The whitepaper’s security section describes the original JAMTON.NETWORK setup on TON and Polkadot. XAUH’s contracts now span Ethereum, TRON, and TON, which broadens the wallets, exchanges, and liquidity available to holders.
