Dogecoin Price Prediction: Whales Remain Bullish Amid 3-Week DOGE ETF Inflow Streak
Highlights
- Dogecoin price is falling today as traders brace for the release of the US PCE inflation.
- Dogecoin ETFs have seen three straight weeks of inflows as demand rises.
- Whale sentiment towards Dogecoin remains bullish in the futures market.
Dogecoin (DOGE) price is up by 13% in September 2026. These gains coincide with rising inflows to Dogecoin ETFs and a “greed” sentiment across the broader crypto market.
However, the gains are cooling, with DOGE value inching lower on the last trading day of September 2026 despite a bullish sentiment from whales and rising interest from institutions.
Dogecoin price is down by 1.37% today, September 30, to trade at $0.0934 at the time of writing.
Whales Turn Bullish on Dogecoin Price, but Momentum Weakens
Data from CoinGlass shows that there are three times more whale long accounts than short accounts on Dogecoin on both the Binance and Bybit exchanges.
On the OKX exchange, the whale long/short account reading stands at 1.65, also suggesting that there are slightly more long accounts that are betting on Dogecoin price gaining.
The amount of exposure that whales have towards Dogecoin price is also “extremely bullish” on Binance, but remains bearish and neutral on the OKX and Bybit exchanges.

Still, while the momentum was favoring bulls at the time of writing, the sentiment by smart money traders remains bearish, suggesting that experienced traders are betting on a bearish long-term Dogecoin price outlook.
DOGE ETFs Record 3 Straight Weeks of Inflows
Dogecoin ETFs have now posted three straight weeks of inflows per data from SoSovalue.
The inflows to Dogecoin ETFs topped $878,790 on September 28, with this being higher than the $2.81 million in outflows posted by Ethereum ETFs. Dogecoin ETFs also outperformed Hyperliquid (HYPE) and ZCash (ZEC) that posted zero inflows on September 28.

Dogecoin ETFs have also recorded inflows of $3.71 million in September 2026 alone as geopolitical tensions ease, with this being the highest monthly inflow posted by these ETFs since January 2026.
The inflows are coming from the Grayscale Dogecoin Trust ETF that now has $14.11 million in total net assets and $16.34 million in cumulative net inflow.
Dogecoin Price Defends Crucial $0.092 Support
Dogecoin price remains above the support at $0.092. The four-hour chart also shows that bulls are targeting the resistance at the upper trendline of $0.095 despite today’s decline.
If Dogecoin price can close above $0.095, it could start another uptrend towards the psychological resistance at $0.10.
The RSI line that is tipping north and creating higher lows suggests that buying pressure is building up, and this could aid Dogecoin’s breakout above the resistance of $0.095.

However, the RSI reading has yet to move above 50, and this suggests that bears remain in charge.
The AO bars that are also red and negative suggest that the bearish momentum is gaining pace. If Dogecoin price falls below the support at $0.092, it might drop to $0.085.
