  • Strive reported Bitcoin yields of 24% in Q2 and 38% during the first half of 2026.

Strive has added 147 Bitcoin to its corporate treasury, taking total holdings to 20,167 BTC as the asset manager expands its Bitcoin reserve strategy.

Strive Adds 147 Bitcoin to Treasury

Strive purchased 147 BTC between August 3 and August 7, according to its latest filing. The company paid an average of about $64,812 per Bitcoin for the latest purchase, bringing the value of its total holdings to roughly $1.3 billion.

Chief Executive Officer and Chairman Matt Cole said on X that Strive now holds 20,167 BTC. BitcoinTreasuries.NET also listed the company as the seventh-largest public corporate Bitcoin holder among the top 100 companies tracked.

The latest purchase follows several Bitcoin acquisitions during 2026. Strive bought 1,109 BTC in May and added another 2,500 BTC in June, followed by smaller purchases in July and early August.

Strive Reports 24% Bitcoin Yield in Q2

Strive reported a Bitcoin yield of 24% for the second quarter and 38% for the first half of 2026. The company uses Bitcoin yield to measure the change in Bitcoin holdings relative to diluted shares outstanding.

The asset manager also said it fully retired its debt during the second quarter. Strive maintains about $155 million in cash reserves and has introduced SATA, a preferred stock product that pays daily dividends.

Strive said the combination of its Bitcoin treasury, cash reserves and debt repayment forms part of its broader financial strategy. The company also launched a new Bitcoin treasury dashboard and website on August 10 to provide updates on its holdings.

Bitcoin Strategy Expands After Semler Merger

Strive’s Bitcoin treasury expanded rapidly following its all-stock merger with Semler Scientific in September 2025. The transaction increased the company’s Bitcoin holdings from about 5,000 BTC to roughly 10,900 BTC.

Additional purchases continued through 2026, including the latest 147 BTC acquisition. The company has maintained its focus on increasing Bitcoin holdings while operating its asset management business.

The average purchase price across Strive’s entire Bitcoin treasury is estimated at about $94,700 per BTC by some tracking services. The latest purchase price of approximately $64,812 per BTC therefore remains below the reported average cost of its broader holdings.
