NEAR Protocol Price surged to $4.14 after gaining about 70% weekly, extending its strongest rally in several months.
The NEAR price surged by 8% during the past day and has nearly doubled during the past month.
NEAR recently climbed from around $2.20, breaking a multiyear descending trendline and reclaiming the important $3.50 resistance area.
Stronger ecosystem activity, rising trading volume, and renewed confidence across cryptocurrency markets supported the rapid price recovery.
TVL Surpasses $200 Million on Intents
NEAR Intents’ total value locked reportedly surpassed $207 million as users deposited more assets across its cross-chain infrastructure.
The expansion reflects growing demand for simplified transactions connecting Bitcoin, Ethereum, NEAR, Tron, BNB Chain, and other networks.
NEAR Intents enables users to define their desired results and independent solvers execute and route across supported blockchains.

That structure removes several technical steps normally required when moving assets or completing transactions between separate blockchain ecosystems.
The protocol’s confidential products have also attracted attention following the introduction of private perpetual trading powered by Hyperliquid.
Confidential balances recently crossed $70 million, strengthening participation around NEAR’s incentives and privacy-focused financial services.
However, live DefiLlama data later placed Intents TVL near $189 million, showing that deposited values remain volatile.
Bitcoin Surge Above $86K Fuels the NEAR Rally
Bitcoin price surged above $86,000 and reached its highest level since January, providing a strong tailwind for altcoins.
The cryptocurrency soared almost 5% in the session as institutional buying and large scale short-sells accelerated the breakout.
Ethereum price climbed over $2,760, and XRP increased to about $1.50 following massive daily gains in both assets.
The broader cryptocurrency market capitalization crept up to $2.93 trillion as an indicator of fresh demand in both large and small digital assets.
The inflows of spot Bitcoin ETFs contributed to the recovery, and forced short closures increased additional upward pressure.
The progress of regulation also enhanced the mood even as the Senate failed to pass the CLARITY Act.
The SEC and CFTC went on to seek individual cryptocurrency structures, which fostered expectations of more transparent operating conditions to digital asset firms.
Risk appetite was also supported by falling oil prices and Treasury yields, and contributed to the recovery of speculative assets that had previously been weak.
How High Can NEAR Protocol Price Go?
NEAR Protocol Price is experiencing short-term resistance between $4.2-$4.40 following the penetration into a supply region that had earlier limited recovery efforts.
A weekly verified close above $4.40 would open the door to $4.80 above the psychological $5 as per the Long-term NEAR projection.
The daily Relative Strength Index has recently topped 63, indicating that it is nearing the overbought after the sharp rise.

In the meantime, the MACD is still bullish, and the positive histogram of the MACD indicates that its positive momentum is still ongoing in spite of the growing pullback risks.
The supports lie between $3.80 and $3.90, and the previous breakout zone is between $3.30 and $3.50.
The potential loss of $3.30 would reveal the $3.10, and the bullish scenario would be reinforced by the continuous increase in volume and ecosystem growth.
