Highlights

  • NUVA adopts Chainlink as exclusive data infrastructure for its $19 billion tokenized real-world asset marketplace.
  • nvPRIME provides exposure to short-term financing backed by U.S. residential housing loans, including HELOCs.
  • NUVA connects Figure-backed real world assets with Ethereum, expanding their availability across decentralized finance markets.

NUVA is bringing blockchain-based housing credit into decentralized finance through Chainlink. The platform connects a $19 billion real-world asset market with Ethereum and its growing network of financial applications.

NUVA Adopts Chainlink Data Infrastructure

NUVA has adopts Chainlink as its exclusive data infrastructure provider for its real-world asset marketplace. Animoca Brands and Nuva Labs co-created the platform to connect institutional financial assets with decentralized finance.

As part of the integration, Chainlink will supply on-chain data for assets available through NUVA. Its infrastructure helps applications value assets and price collateral. In addition, DeFi protocols can use the data to manage lending positions.

The integration initially supports nvPRIME, NUVA’s private credit vault. Investors gain exposure to short term financing backed by residential housing loans, including U.S. home equity lines of credit.

In May 2026, NUVA launched its non-custodial marketplace on Ethereum. At launch, its products connected assets from Figure Technologies and Provenance Blockchain with Ethereum applications. Overall, the platform provides access to an underlying asset market valued at about $19 billion.

nvPRIME Brings Housing Credit to Ethereum

Two products form the core of NUVA’s initial offering: nvPRIME and nvYLDS. Through nvPRIME, users can deposit USDC and receive tokens representing their share of the vault’s holdings.

Figure-originated residential housing loans support the financing exposure within nvPRIME. Its portfolio includes U.S. home equity lines of credit. Meanwhile, the product targets yields above 7%.

Alongside nvPRIME, NUVA offers nvYLDS as another yield-focused product. Users can access YLDS through the vault, while short term U.S. Treasuries and bank deposits support the underlying asset.

Both products operate on Ethereum and can connect with applications across its DeFi ecosystem. Therefore, users can access tokenized financial products without moving their assets to a separate blockchain network.

Figure Technologies provides the lending infrastructure behind the housing-related assets. By comparison, NUVA serves as the Ethereum distribution layer connecting those products with users and decentralized applications.

Chainlink Supplies Data for Tokenized Assets

DeFi protocols require external information when managing assets that do not trade continuously on crypto exchanges. For example, housing loans lack the real-time market prices available for widely traded crypto assets.

Chainlink addresses this issue by delivering asset data directly to smart contracts. As a result, DeFi applications can use those feeds to value collateral, set lending conditions and manage tokenized credit positions.

Through the integration, assets originating outside Ethereum can connect with applications running on the network. Figure continues to handle the underlying lending infrastructure. At the same time, NUVA provides access to tokenized exposure through Ethereum.

Together, the infrastructure connects Figure’s residential lending assets with NUVA’s marketplace and Chainlink’s data services. This structure brings housing-backed credit into Ethereum markets while providing the information DeFi applications need to manage the assets.
