World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has finally decided to dabble into the rapidly emerging world of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). As per the latest development, WEE shall be releasing NFTs for its most popular wrestler the Undertaker by this Saturday before the start of its popular WrestleMania.

As per the official announcement on Thursday, April 8, WWE shall be releasing these NFTs through a four-tier drop system. These Undertaker NFTs will be dropped on WWE.com/NFT Saturday, April 10 at 10:30 a.m. ET through Sunday, April 11 at 11:30 p.m. ET.

The wrestling entertainment company noted that it is conducting this NFT sale in partnership with Bitski. Nick Khan, WWE President & Chief Revenue Officer said:

“WWE’s first-ever NFT collection presents an opportunity to own a digital piece of history featuring The Undertaker, one of the most iconic Superstars in sports entertainment. This will also allow WWE to deepen our connection with the WWE Universe during our biggest event, WrestleMania.”

The Undertaker is one of the most iconic WWE superstars with millions of fans worldwide. After its debut 30 years back, The Undertaker has been a multi-time WWE and World Heavyweight Champion.

The Four-Tier WWE NFT System

As said that Undertaker NFTs will be given in four different tiers. This includes Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum starting from the most basic to the advanced. The Bronze tier NFTs include a $100 price while the Silver tier NFTs include a $1000 price tag as the opening bid.

The Gold tier NFT has an opening bid of $5000. Apart from just the NFT, the winner will also get two front-row-seat tickets for Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown of their own choice in 2021 and 2022.

The Platinum tier NFT has an opening bid of $10,000 and the winner will get a The Undertaker NFT. Besides. they will also get the two front-row tickets for Wrestlemania 38 2022 next year and Wrestlemania 39 in 2023. Besides, they will also get VIP Access, two front-row-seat tickets, hotel accommodations, an original Paul Bearer urn out of the WWE Vault, used and signed by The Undertaker.
