Goldman Sachs Becomes Top XRP ETF Holder
Goldman Sachs Group has re-entered the XRP ETFs and reclaimed the top spot among disclosed institutional holders, according to its latest Q2 2026 disclosure with the U.S. SEC.
The Wall Street giant built significant exposure across multiple XRP ETFs. As per the filing, Goldman Sachs has $86.50 million in total position across Bitwise, Franklin Templeton, Grayscale, Canary, and 21Shares XRP ETFs.
Notably, the investment firm holds 2,208,949 Bitwise XRP ETF shares, 2,238,407 shares in Franklin’s XRPZ, and 1,759,090 shares in Canary’s XRPC. The holdings have increased in these ETFs.

The Wall Street giant also disclosed 365,976 XRPN shares in Ripple-backed Evernorth Holdings’ SPAC Armada Acquisition Corp II. Evernorth moved closer to merging with Armada Acquisition and listing on Nasdaq, the company confirmed.
Wall Street giants such as JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America have also revealed XRP ETF holdings in Q2. This indicates growing tradFi in crypto assets amid push into tokenization, treasury management, and real-time cross-border payments.
XRP Price Rising amid Growing Institutional Inflows

As a result, total assets under management rose to $1.17 billion, and cumulative inflows surpassed $1.53 billion. This renewed bullish sentiment was driven by various factors, including Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse joining crypto leaders and the Clarity Act discussion at the White House.
