Bitget Launches TradFi 101 To Educate Users On Stocks, ETFs, Global Markets

Bitget has rolled out a Fixed Coupon Note (FCN) Plan to enable the user to obtain exposure to tokenized US equities with a fixed coupon. Selected stock rTokens like SNDK, MRVL, SKHY, NVDA and MU are eligible for the structured product.

Bitget Rolls Out New Tokenized Stock Trading Offer

As per the deal, the users select a strike price of the stock rToken and then deposit USDT for a specific duration. The settlement will be based on the asset’s price at the time of maturity, compared to that strike. If the selected price is 100% or more, the users get the USDT principal and the specified coupon. If it goes below the strike, the principal is traded to the corresponding rToken at the agreed price and the coupon is paid in USDT.

The offering is designed to be an FCN with USDT settlement and delivery of US stock rTokens, Bitget announced. It’s meant for the person who wishes to create a potential entry into an equity, not to buy at the market price.

“There are times when you want exposure to a stock but the price is not where you want it to be,” remarked Bitget CEO Gracy Chen. She further added,”FCN gives users a set price they are comfortable buying at and earn while they wait. Bringing stocks onto Bitget was one part of building UEX. Now we are giving users more ways to access and use these assets, beyond simply buying and selling them on spot.”

Important Clauses To Consider

However, the crypto exchange noted that the product is not principal-protected. When users settle by using rTokens, the price of the underlying stock can fluctuate after they buy the rTokens and users may lose money in the event of a decline in the underlying stock’s price.

According to Bitget, the FCN Plan is a component of its rToken offering and its Universal Exchange paradigm that features crypto and traditional finance assets on a single platform.

The exchange will also be conducting an FCN campaign from August 17 to 18 September 2026. Eligible first-time and cumulative subscribers can receive rewards under the promotion.
