Binance Expands Collateral Options with Circle, Strategy, & Other bStocks
The leading crypto future exchange, Binance, has once again gained market attention as it expanded its tokenized securities offerings by adding 15 bStocks as collateral assets. The update applies to Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin, and Portfolio Margin Pro accounts.
As per the announcement, eligible users can now use these tokenized securities to support their margin positions while accessing additional trading opportunities. According to Binance’s official announcement, the newly supported assets include tokenized versions of crypto stocks like Circle and Strategy.
In addition, other assets include Nvidia, Tesla, SpaceX, AMD, Microsoft, Meta, Intel, Micron, Sandisk, Palantir, Lumentum, the iShares MSCI South Korea ETF, and the Invesco QQQ Trust. The exchange also enabled margin trading for their corresponding bStocks pairs.
Meanwhile, the collateral update follows several recent product launches by Binance. Earlier, the exchange introduced perpetual futures linked to Strategy’s STRC perpetual preferred stock and GTA 6 publisher Take-Two Interactive.
Besides, the exchange also recently expanded its tokenized stock offerings by introducing new bStocks trading pairs for companies such as Circle, Nvidia, Tesla, Micron, and Sandisk.
Crypto Stocks Gain Renewed Interest
The latest Binance announcement has placed several crypto stocks back in the spotlight. For context, the USDC issuer Circle has emerged as one of the biggest names to watch after its tokenized stock became eligible collateral.
The CRCL crypto stock was on investors’ radar lately, especially amid speculations over intensifying competition with the OUSD stablecoin launch. However, recent reports showed that several South Korean firms have denied claims of joining the Open USD alliance.
Simultaneously, Strategy (MSTR) also remains under close investor observation. The company continues to attract attention after it recently announced a new capital allocation framework, hinting at a possible Bitcoin sale ahead.
Despite that, it seems that the latest tokenized offerings by Binance could boost the appeal of the market in crypto stocks. A flurry of investors view broader collateral support as a step toward making traditional equities more accessible within crypto trading platforms.
