Key U.S. Inflation Data Could Drive Market Direction
The Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) price index is scheduled for release at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, before the U.S. stock market opens.
The report is a significant gauge of consumer inflation, and it influences expectations of Federal Reserve policy. Its outcome may influence the share prices of CRCL, the price of cryptocurrency and the sentiment of the investors.

When it is read below 3.6%, it might trigger a bullish reaction, easing the worry about further inflation. An approximate figure of 3.7% has the potential to leave the markets in a neutral state as investors evaluate the overall economic climate. But if inflation rises above 3.8%, it might cause selling pressure as traders may be expecting more tightening for longer.
Bitcoin price has fluctuated between $87,086 and $79,263 during the period described. BTC fell to below $80,000 at several points, but recovered quickly on October 15 and 24. The Fear and Greed Index has also been largely neutral over the past month.

Fed Holds Interest Rates Steady at 3.75%–4.00%
The Federal Reserve kept interest rates steady at 3.75%–4.00%, leaving investors watching for signals that could influence CRCL stock.
The move came in the wake of a 25-basis-point rate increase in September, when inflation was still above the Fed’s 2% target. Two officials dissented, in favour of yet another rise.
🇺🇸 Fed Chair Warsh remains hawkish and focused on bringing price stability:
1. Fed keeps interest rates steady at 3.75-4%
2. Inflation remains elevated above 2% target for over 6 years.
3. Geopolitical uncertainty is the primary reason of rising inflation.
4. Economic activity is expanding and labour market remains strong.
5. In 2027, FOMC schedule will change with the same 8 Fed meetings annually but one meeting will only focus on monetary policy strategy without any rate decision.
6. In 2028, Fed will have two such monetary policy strategy meetings and six on rate decisions.
7. Warsh says its important to keep ‘time and space’ for such ‘strategic deliberations’ to focus on ‘long term horizon.’
8. On December rate hikes, Warsh says the coming period is ‘information rich’ and future hikes will depend on it.
9. Warsh says he is ‘unwilling and unable’ to call financial conditions tight.
10. Warsh believes higher interest does affect the AI spending, irrespective of their revenues.
11. Warsh clarified ‘politics’ or ‘midterm elections’ had no role in today’s decision about Fed rates.
12. Any decision on shrinking Fed balance sheet will only come early in Q1 2027, after recommendations from task force.
13. Overall, he doesn’t see current economic growth causing inflation but is closely watching numbers for future.

Focus now turns to the comments by Chair Kevin Warsh that may impact markets sentiment and expectations for December’s rate decision.
CRCL Stock Prediction: Will Bulls Regain Control?
CRCL stock is waiting for a crucial test ahead of the inflation release. The current price is considered to be around the $79.25-79.30 range, which is where buyers are likely to attempt to stem the decline. If the stock breaks below this zone, then it may face further selling pressure.

A deeper support zone sits around $78.30–$78.80. One option for traders is to look for any sign of stabilization in this range if bearish momentum increases.
Resistance on the upside is in the vicinity of $82.00 – $82.10. If the price climbs above this level, it could be a critical move and set the stage for resistance near $85.90-$86.00 in the near term.
