XRP Price Prediction for This Week Ahead of Aug. 5–7 Clarity Act Senate Vote Window
Highlights
- XRP price holds critical support as Senate timing shapes market sentiment.
- ETF inflows remain strong, extending XRP’s four-month streak through July.
- Holding $1.06 may support rebounds toward $1.10 and $1.15 targets.
XRP price traded near $1.07 on Monday after falling 1.05% within 24 hours. The token remains near the critical $1.05–$1.07 support zone as traders monitor the CLARITY Act. The August 57 Senate narrow window of the bill might also affect sentiment, and a robust rebound might aim at $1.15 this week if the buyers take over.
CLARITY Act Faces Tight Senate Timeline Before August 10 Recess
The CLARITY Act was absent from Monday’s Senate schedule, which listed only a spending vote. That has given lawmakers little time to go through it before the chamber starts its August 10 recess.
Under the schedule, an ordinary cloture motion may be filed on Wednesday, August 5. Senators could hold a vote on proceeding to the bill as early as Friday, August 7.
However, that vote would not approve the legislation or send it to the president. It would only determine whether the Senate begins consideration of the measure.
🚨BREAKING: The US Senate schedule does not include a CLARITY Act vote today.
Just 4 days remain until the August recess.
Timing is critical, as members will shift their focus to campaigning ahead of the midterm elections after the recess.

Leaders might accelerate the process by unanimous consent or a bipartisan petition. Both paths would entail collaboration in the midst of a congested legislative season.
The timeline can drive the XRP sentiment since the bill touches on the rules of the digital asset market. Others in senate cautioned that failure to make it by 2026 would have the effect of postponing any serious action until 2030.
XRP ETF Inflows Continue as XRP Eyes Recovery
XRP exchange-traded funds recorded $7.69 million in net inflows on July 31. The rise boosted cumulative inflows to $1.51 billion with the trading value of $8.62 million.
Net assets were 988.78 million, or 1.49% of the market capitalization of XRP. Bitwise had the highest demand of 7.12 million and Franklin Templeton was at 576,520.

There were no new inflows in Canary, 21Shares, or Grayscale. XRP funds also gained 27.29 million during the month of July and has now had four months of success.
XRP Price Prediction This Week
The XRP price decreased to 1.0656 on Monday and it went on to trade weakly following another failed recovery around the $1.09 region.
The four-hour chart illustrates that sellers are defending rebounds, and XRP is below every marked resistance level. The immediate support is close to the level of $1.06, and buyers already tried multiple recoveries.
The MACD line is slightly above its signal line, indicating a lack of momentum in recovery. In the meantime, the RSI is close to 44, which keeps XRP below the neutral range and can be easily resold.

A bullish collapse at or below $1.06 might unleash $1.05 and allow the existing bearish pattern to continue. However, holding this support may allow another rebound toward the first resistance target at $1.10. Further buying above $1.10 could lift XRP price toward $1.12, followed by the stronger $1.15 barrier.
