Humaniq recognized as a world-leading Blockchain for the social good use case at UK Parliament reception
London, July 18, 2018 – Humaniq, an easy-to-use, and secure Hybrid Blockchain platform have participated in the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Blockchain (APPG Blockchain) at the U.K Parliament.
The mission of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Blockchain is to ensure that industry and society benefit from the full potential of Blockchain and other distributed ledger technologies (DLT), making the UK a leader in Blockchain/DLT’s innovation and implementation.
This year’s first Summer Reception at the UK Parliament took place on Monday, 16 July at the Palace of Westminster. It was dedicated to the launch of a “BLOCKCHAIN FOR GOVERNMENT” COUNCIL, exploring how UK Government services best take advantage of the major opportunities of Blockchain and other distributed ledger technologies (DLTs).
During the event, the Blockchain Experts & Advisory board listed what it views as the best examples and use cases of Blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.
Humaniq was announced as one of the world’s leading use cases of Blockchain for social good for delivering financial services in 16 African countries.
