Donald Trump-linked American Bitcoin Corp. (Nasdaq: ABTC), a Bitcoin accumulation and mining firm co-founded by Eric Trump, declared its monetary outcomes for Q2 2026. The company has been churning out record Bitcoin production during the period and building up its Bitcoin treasury. It also kept investing in its mining infrastructure even in the face of reduced BTC price.

American Bitcoin Reports Strong Q2 Earnings Results

Since the company’s earnings announcement, ABTC shares are up 1.27% to $5.59 at press time in the premarket session on Monday. The company’s mining revenue for the second quarter was $67.0 million, up 8% from the previous quarter. The revenue figure met the Wall Street analyst estimate. Meanwhile, net loss ticked back to $57.2 million from $81.8 million in Q1. Adjusted EBITDA loss was also up to $45.0 million.

Meanwhile, analysts continue to be bullish on the American Bitcoin stock. There are three analysts who have given their stock ratings, and one of them has the highest price target for the stock, which is $15 by Maxim Group, and the median price target is $8. Roth Capital, H.C. Wainwright & Co. and Maxim Group have all started coverage of the stock with “Buy” ratings.

American Bitcoin mined about 932 BTC during the quarter. This was the biggest quarterly production since it launched, and higher than the amount it produced in the first quarter (around 817 BTC).

Moreover, the revenue generated per Bitcoin mined was approximately $71,900. Bitcoin trading prices have fallen by around 12% during the quarter, but gross margin remained around 50%. On average, costs amounted to approximately $36,500 per Bitcoin, showing no significant change from the previous year.

Eric Trump Lauds Increase In Bitcoin Treasury

The company’s net position in Bitcoin rose from approximately 7,021 BTC as of March 31 to approximately 8,002 BTC as of June 30. This Bitcoin stash is worth around $500 million as per current BTC price trends. The increase was almost 14% in a single quarter. Satoshis per share rose by approximately 11% as the number of Bitcoin in the company’s holdings grew at a higher rate than the number of shares.

“Our view of the world is simple: Bitcoin is a growing capital asset, and we believe its long-term compounding will outperform our cost of capital,” CEO Mike Ho said. He added, “Despite Bitcoin headwinds in Q2, we stayed focused on what we can control.”

Eric Trump, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, said, “A little over a year ago, American Bitcoin was just an idea.” He added, “Today, we hold more than 8,000 Bitcoin, operate one of the world’s largest Bitcoin mining platforms, and just delivered our highest quarterly production on record.”
