Ripple has made a new push to advocate publicly for the CLARITY Act in Washington, D.C. The move comes as the U.S. Congress continues to discuss the future of crypto regulation in the country and the fate of the crypto bill.
Ripple Endorses CLARITY Act On Streets
The company’s blue mobile advertising truck was prominently placed near the U.S. Capitol displaying messages in support of the legislation. There are large screens with messaging promoting the clarity of regulation of digital assets. It includes the tagline “On the road to Clarity” alongside Ripple logos.
Other panels say the CLARITY Act would provide clear regulations on digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In a post on X, Ripple claimed the campaign aims to maintain an optimal focus on the bill while Congress considers digital asset legislation.

The company wrote, “Ripple is on the road to clarity!” It added, “Our Clarity truck is on the move in D.C. as Congress continues work on transparent rules of the road for digital assets.”
“The Clarity Act will protect consumers, support responsible innovation, and keep the U.S. competitive.” Ripple said.
Further, Lauren Belive, the Co-Head of Public Policy and Government for Ripple, also mentioned the campaign on social media.
Belive declared: “On the road to clarity – literally!” She added, “Ripple’s Clarity truck is out in D.C. as Congress works on the Clarity Act, which creates clear rules for digital assets and crypto.”
CLARITY Act Faces Major Delay
Ripple’s campaign comes at a time when momentum on the bill has been lost in the Senate. At a late night unanimous consent agreement, Senate Majority Leader John Thune adjourned the Senate for an extended recess until July 13. It reduces the number of legislative days available for the CLARITY Act before lawmakers return to Washington.
Representative Anna Paulina Luna condemned the action. She said, “I will not be voting to re-open the floor until the Senate gets back to Washington. The Senate is literally running and not ONE senator objected to going on vacation before 4th of July.”
The CLARITY Act has been referred to the Senate Legislative Calendar earlier this month. It is also set for a hearing in the U.S. House Financial Services Committee.
However, it must be ultimately approved by the full Senate floor and needs to win enough votes to overcome parliamentary obstacles. The odds of the CLARITY Act being enacted have weakened over the past days.
The decline came after some financial crime concerns have been raised by the U.S. law enforcement groups regarding the potential risks to financial crime within the proposed framework. On this, the U.S. Department of Justice rebuked the law enforcement groups and backed the CLARITY Act.
