Adding to the pressure on the supply side, 911 million SpaceX shares have also been released earlier this month. Phillip Securities has continued to rate SpaceX Sell with a $75 price target.Phillip Securities’ rating on SpaceX remains Sell with a $75 price target. The brokerage reported robust second quarter sales, which increased 92% from the previous year to $7.8 billion. The revenue from AI grew by 247%, connectivity by 66%, and space-related revenue by 29%. The number of Starlink customers doubled to 12M during the quarter.The number of customers on Starlink doubled to 12M in the quarter.

 

SpaceX also reported cash and securities of $100 billion. Those concerns include high capital expenditure and a narrow set of AI customers and brevity of cloud deals. They might have to enter into longer contracts to have a higher valuation.

For context, the 800 MHz band might be able to be utilized for direct-to-person satellite services. Grain’s licenses were made available through a spectrum swap deal with T-Mobile. Meanwhile,SpaceX is currently continuing to grow Starlink’s satellite connectivity division.

The biggest trade was 10,520 September 18 $230 puts worth $102.57 million. Another trade took 5,910 August 21 $200 puts with a total value of $39.86 million. A third trade involved 5,080 August 21 $180 puts valued at $24.21 million. The month began with new supply coming into the market as SpaceX shares rallied.
